Rudy has been a practicing as a Registered Nurse in the Psychiatric field for many years prior to returning to school for a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. She has well rounded experience in Nursing as well as the mental health field.

Optimal health begins with understanding the connection between your brain and body. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I look forward to helping you achieve your best mental wellness. Together we will look at your psychiatric symptoms, sleep patterns, and lifestyle. The initial interview will include a thorough psychiatric assessment, family history, social, and medical history. Medication management, supplements, laboratory draws, adrenal testing, and micronutrient testing are all avenues to consider during this initial interview. With your permission, collaborating with your primary care provider, school counselor, and/or therapist will help you to achieve the best outcome. I look forward to working with you!
