Olivia is working toward a master’s degree from Northwestern University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She received her bachelor’s degree from University of Colorado, Boulder in Psychology. She is working closely with Angela Melzer of Minds in Motion in an internship capacity.
Olivia supports the individual client with sessions tailored to individual needs. She practices from a psychodynamic and person-centered approach. Olivia provides a non-judgmental, accepting space and calming prescence to support individuals as they create positive change for themselves. Services include sessions with individuals with issues related to anxiety, depression, stress management, LGBTQ+, and trauma.
Olivia was born and raised in Steamboat Springs. She enjoys cross country skiing, Pilates and being outside with her three dogs and spending time with family and friends.
