Minds in Motion is now Emerald Integrative Health.
Minds in Motion was born of two practitioners providing psychiatric medication management, counseling and meditation classes. From those humble beginnings almost 10 years ago, Emerald Integrative Health has grown to include six therapists, a functional medicine doctor (MD), a naturopathic doctor (ND), a dietitian (RD), two psychiatric nurse practitioners (NP) and a coach/office manager. Since opening our doors in 2014 we have helped over 3,000 people and counting.
We have come to understand that the name “Minds In Motion” no longer effectively represents our clinic as we now function. We have become a true integrative medicine clinic, specializing in working with the body and mind in concert.
As an owner, my intention is to shine some light on the gifted medical team of Emerald Integrative Health. Our goal is to increase accessibility to patients in need of our services while reintroducing our clinic to the community as an integrative health clinic that is no longer specifically focused on mental health alone.
The services we are expanding upon include: additional options in IV therapies for vulnerable populations, NAD IV therapy, ketamine therapy, increased dietitian availability, genetic testing of medications to tailor treatment to the individual all while increasing the availability of our providers.
At the core, our location, mission and philosophy are the same. The noticeable change will be our increased availability to our patients as well as the wider community. Existing patients may rest assured that they can still reach their providers, utilize the patient portal and contact the office via the same means until further notice.
The providers and staff at Emerald Integrative Health practice whole body care within a team approach. After all, “The body helps the mind helps the body.” We invite you to help spread the word as we make this transition between now and September 1st.
